NEW PROLOGUE QUEST: THE LOTUS EATERS 

A strange call comes from beyond and must not go unanswered. 

Concerned with a strange disturbance in the Man in the Wall's domain, the Lotus bids you to investigate. This kicks off The Lotus Eaters, a short prologue Quest that will set the stage for Warframe: 1999 and the battles yet to come this winter. 

Quest Prerequisite 

You must complete the Whispers in the Walls Quest to begin The Lotus Eaters Quest from your Codex.

Quick little PSA to let you know that the ability to equip both Deadly Efficiency and Primed Deadly Efficiency is not intentional, and we have a fix in the pipe for our next Hotfix. This will also fix the inability to equip Primed Deadly Efficiency and Parallax Scope together.

For those who purchased the Lavos Yersin Skin between Jade Shadows’ release and Hotfix 36.0.1 and were missing its custom Shoulder Guards, they have been sent to your account. You may need to manually equip them in the Arsenal in order for them to appear.

Changes: 

• When Companion Hounds steal an Arctic Eximus’ Shield with Null Audit, the shield will no longer block friendly projectiles (similar to Frost’s Snow Globe).  
• The Juggernaut will now use its stomp ability if it detects perception actions from invisible players (ex: shooting while invisible in Ash’s Smoke Screen). 
  • This applies to all versions of the Juggernaut, including the Juggernaut Behemoth. 
• Added the following prerequisites to the Vox Solaris and Heart of Deimos Quests in the Codex.

The launcher crash for Xbox Series S has been resolved! Please reboot your console to grab the update!

We recognize and understand that this downtime on Jade Shadows' launch day was frustrating, and we deeply apologize for that. Our team was able to determine that the issue required a code resolution, which we then had to implement, build, test, and then escalate into an emergency Cert build for release approval.

We're doing everything we can to get this fix out to you today. If that changes, I will update this thread.

We're in the final stages of resolving this issue. We recognize this is not an ideal situation, and we greatly appreciate your patience as we worked through the issue. 

This is our most urgent and crucial issue to fix. We're building and testing as we speak!

We're aware of and fixing it for German. The workaround below resolves for the meantime:

I got around it by switching to english, starting the quest, quitting warframe(Alt+F4) after the loading screen when the movie started and restarting in german

The team is actively investigating the reported launcher crashes on Xbox Series S consoles with the Jade Shadows release.

Steps to try while we investigate:

• Hard Reboot
  • hold down the power button until the console turns off - turn it back on and reboot Warframe from your 'My games and apps' App
• Delete Saved Data from your console (does not affect your account)
  • Manage game and add-ons > Saved data > Delete all

We will update this thread with more information when we have it - thank you!

Hi! Can you please try a hard reboot (hold down the power button until the console turns off) then rebooting Warframe.
